The Bluegrass Community Health Center is a local non-profit initiative dedicated to contributing to the lives of our patients through compassionate provision of comprehensive primary health care.
BCHC clinic locations provide complete medical care to adults and children, including counseling services, women’s health and well child visits.
BCHC was originally founded to serve farm workers but has expanded to provide discounted services to anyone in our community, including the homeless, the uninsured and Medicaid or KChip recipients. Our uninsured patients receive discounts for services based on family income.
BCHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is supported through grant funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
